What we've been asked.

  • Do I have to manage three separate tools — site, receptionist, WhatsApp?

    No. All three live in your dashboard. If you change a Saturday hour on the site, María respects it on the next call. If a patient taps WhatsApp from your site, the first line already has your practice name and the service they were viewing. The three talk to each other — one place, one price, one conversation with us.

  • Does María book into my calendar?

    Yes. María checks your calendar live, offers open slots based on your hours, and confirms the booking. Google Calendar is supported today; Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and Open Dental integrations are landing in the coming weeks — ask us on WhatsApp if you need a specific one.

  • Does she speak Spanish and English in the same call?

    Yes. María identifies the patient's language from the first sentence and answers in theirs. If the patient switches mid-call, María switches with them. Same with the site and WhatsApp — everything is bilingual, no "translate" button.

  • Can María verify dental insurance?

    Not yet — María captures the patient's insurance details (carrier, ID, group) and sends them to your WhatsApp so you or your team can verify. Automated dental-carrier verification is in development.

  • How long does it take to build my site?

  • Can you see what my patients message me on WhatsApp?

    No. Messages between the patient and your WhatsApp go directly through WhatsApp — Diazluna isn't in the middle. The only thing that lands with us is the summary María generates from her calls, and only you see those in your dashboard.

  • Who can see María's call recordings?

    Only you, from your dashboard. Recordings are stored encrypted. We share the transcript + summary so you can decide whether to call back. No BAA in place today — if you need formal HIPAA coverage for your practice, message us: we evaluate case-by-case.
