  • Who writes the Spanish on my site?

    An AI built specifically to write in Spanish — not an English tool with a translate button. We select it, we tune it, and we review its output. If you ever spot something that sounds off, reply to any email from us — we'll fix it.

  • How long does it take to build my site?

    Five minutes to draft. One business day to activate with your domain. If your domain is new, three more days for DNS to propagate — but your site works from day one on the included subdomain.

  • Does the AI receptionist speak Spanish?

    It speaks Spanish and English, and both in the same call. It recognizes the caller's language and answers in theirs.

  • Do I have to change email providers?

    No. We just connect the site. Your email stays where it is.

  • What happens to my current site?

    We don't touch it until you tell us. When you're ready, we point your domain to the new site. If you decide not to activate, we don't charge you.

  • Where does my data live? What if Diazluna goes away?

    Your data lives on servers in the United States (Azure). Every night we back it up to a different cloud (Cloudflare R2), kept for 90 days. If our servers go down, your site doesn't. If you decide to leave, we export the whole site — it's yours.

  • Can you see what my clients message me on WhatsApp?

    No. Messages between your site's visitor and your WhatsApp go directly through WhatsApp — Diazluna isn't in the middle. The only thing that lands with us is the summary María generates from her calls, and only you see those in your dashboard.

  • Who can see María's call recordings?

    Only you, from your dashboard. Calls are stored encrypted. We share the transcript + summary with you so you can decide whether to call back. No BAA in place today — if you need formal HIPAA coverage for your practice, message us: we evaluate case-by-case.
